We take instructions and prepare wills that realise your intentions and mitigate the effects of inheritance tax on your estate. If a person dies intestate (without leaving a will) financial affairs can be chaotic and more complex than necessary.
Possessions will not automatically pass to the next of kin, and there are rules that limit how much family members can inherit. All close family members may have to be traced which leads to long delays, expenses and hardship for the immediate family.
Will making is an important and respectable method of efficient legally compliant tax planning, however for complex wills we may advice that you involve a tax accountant or financial adviser.
